If you are having problems and you want us to look at your computer, you can download the Remote Control Software and install it. We can then connect to your computer and assist you with your problems or questions. It's extremely simple and very secure. After we are done, all you do is turn it off and your computer is secure again. We can never connect without your permission. On-site Tech Support is available in Connecticut.
