Forgotten Passwords - We don't keep a visible record of your password anywhere on our system. The software we use for our service does not allow us to see that information. If you have lost your password and need to restore your files, there is a procedure we can use to try and recover it. It involves Pyramid Data Storage sending some files and a written authorization to the software vendor. You as the client have to also send an official authorization to the vendor. In most cases, the vendor can recover your password. There is a $500 minimum charge by the vendor that you will be billed for.
